About the program

Program name: Resolentra Document Reminders.

Resolentra LLC sends text message and email reminders on behalf of employers, such as home care agencies, medical practices and other organizations, to their staff. In these terms, we call those employers "agencies." The reminders let staff know when a required document, such as a license, certification or health screening, is about to expire or has expired, and include a secure link to upload the renewed document. Messages identify the agency they are sent on behalf of.

How you sign up

Your agency lets you know that it uses Resolentra to send document reminders and confirms your agreement to receive them, for example in its onboarding paperwork or an employee acknowledgment. Text messages are sent only after your agency records your consent. When reminders begin, you receive a welcome message identifying your agency and explaining how to opt out.

Reminders are also sent by email. If you prefer not to receive text messages, reply STOP at any time and you will continue to receive your reminders by email.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Usually no more than one message per day. Messages are sent only when one of your documents is approaching or past its expiration date, and they stop once the renewed document is uploaded.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text reminders. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text reminders unless you sign up again.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@resolentra.com. You can also contact your agency's office directly.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
